AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is confident his side can beat arch-rivals Inter in Sunday's derby. Leaders Inter enjoy a comfortable eight-point lead over third-placed Milan, who are aiming to win their first Serie A title since 2004. "Luckily we get the chance to play Inter this weekend and I am sure that we will get a result," Galliani told Sportmediaset. "In 2008 we won both derbies, so we are hoping to repeat that feat this time around. When we are at our best it is extremely difficult to stop us." The Rossoneri were held to a disappointing 1-1 draw against Reggina on Saturday to lose more ground to Inter and slip to third in the table behind second-placed Juventus. "At the moment we are all very calm and are dealing with the problems caused by our bad performance against Reggina," Galliani commented. "We have to remember that the difference in the League table is due to the results we obtain against the weaker sides."
