Egypt full-back Ahmed Al-Muhammadi confirmed that Blackburn Rovers made a £1.5million bid to loan him from ENPPI until the end of the season. According to the 21-year-old, a Rovers delegation is present in Cairo to wrap up the deal with ENPPI during the upcoming few days. "My move to Blackburn should be finalized soon. I will go on loan for six months," Al-Muhammadi said after ENPPI's 3-1 cup semi-final win over Petrojet on Monday. "Blackburn officials watched the game today and are expected to conclude the deal soon. ENPPI will receive £1.5million." Al-Muhammadi reaffirmed recent English reports suggesting his imminent switch to Ewood Park, to become the fourth Egyptian in the Premiership this term. The versatile winger, who capped a fine performance against Petrojet with a deft assist, could miss the Egyptian Cup final if he sealed the move.
