Tokyo- Mohamed Sabe African champions Ahli have set off on their trip to Cairo by Saturday noon after finishing sixth in the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan. Manuel Jose's men took part in the premier competition as representatives of the Dark Continent after claiming the African Champions League title. During last week, the Cairo giants were condemned to a 4-2 first round defeat by Pachuca, before slumping to a 1-0 loss to Adelaide United FC in the fifth/sixth place match. The flight is due to arrive in Cairo by Saturday night. The players had Friday off, and they spent most of the time roaming Tokyo while shopping, trying to pull themselves together after suffering two consecutive losses.
