Zamalek will be in an usual position when they visit surprise Egyptian league leaders Petrojet at Suez Stadium on Friday. A fan poll on Zamalek's official site tipped table-toppers Petrojet to win the game as odds are against the Cairo giants, given the status of both sides in recent weeks. Petrojet are unbeaten since their 4-0 defeat to holders Ahli in September. They also amassed 13 points from 15 in their last five games. On the contrary, Zamalek have been demoralized since their embarrassing 3-1 home defeat to lowly Olympic last month, followed by a disappointing 0-0 draw with Arab Contractors. Apart from that, Mokhtar Mokhtar's team have clearly outclassed the Whites in both fixtures last season, winning home and away. A win for Zamalek would be morale-boosting though, as they have a chance to go level on points with second-placed Ismaili and close the gap on Petrojet. Team news Petrojet are sweating over the fitness of influential winger Osama Mohamed, who will have a late fitness test. Otherwise, Mokhtar has a fully-fit squad. Zamalek will be without injured skipper Ayman Abdul-Aziz, in addition to a host of players suspended by the club for 'disciplinary reasons'. Gamal Hamza, Osama Hassan, Mohamed Aboul-Ella, Wissem El-Abdi and Ricardo are all banned from playing. Consequently, Reiner Hollmann promoted Hossam Arafat, Alaa Ali, Ahmed Ibrahim, Ahmed Al-Marghani and Ahmed Maher to the senior team.
