Dutch striker Ruud Van Nistelrooy is confident that Real Madrid can win everything despite the shock transfer of Robinho to Manchester City. “I think there is quality on this squad and we will try to win every title, but it will be hard. There are many experienced players on this team and I'm sure they will help us,” Van Nistelrooy told the club's official website. The 32-year old player eased fears concerning the team's shortage in strikers. “There are four strikers on the squad: (Javier) Saviola, (Gonzalo) Higuain and us (Raul and Van Nistelrooy). I think that's enough for the time being.” Coach Bernd Schuster made it no secret of his unsatisfaction of the summer transfers' campaign. The Merengues have only signed Rafael Van der Vaart from Hamburg while Robinho Julio Batista and Soldado left the Bernabeu. “That's the situation we're in. Robben is our only winger, but other men, such as Higuain, can play in that position. I hope Robben has no problems this season. We have to keep an eye on that position and I think the Club is doing so right now,” added the Dutch striker. Elsewhere the Dutchman has also reiterated that he took the good decision to quit international soccer. “It's very important for me to use these days to train as best as I can, recover a little bit and think about our next game. I hope this decision allows me to stay here many more years.”
