Ittihad Jeddah coach Gabriel Calderon said the club's board might be forced to sell skipper Mohamed Nour if they are to sign Egyptian forward Mohamed Zidan. Widespread reports have suggested that Zidan is on the verge of joining Ittihad on a season-long loan from German side Hamburg. The 26-year-old apparently wants to leave Hamburg after struggling for first-team football last term. But Ittihad's Argentinean coach Calderon believes there is no room for Zidan and Nour together. "Zidan and Nour play the same role. Ittihad's board has to offload Nour if they insist to sign Zidan," Calderon was quoted as saying by Saudi paper Al-Riyadh on Monday. "Zidan will be a good signing; he is an obviously talented player. However, Nour also is an integral member of Ittihad's squad." Saudi paper Medina has recently quoted Calderon as saying that Ittihad weren't in need of a player like Zidan, whom he believes is always showboating.
