Omar Gamal has signed a three-year extension to his contract that will keep him at Ismaili until 2011. "Gamal inked a new deal. He had many offers to move away but he preferred to stay with us," Ismaili board member Alaa Wahid told FilGoal.com. The 25-year old forward is set to earn EGP1.2 million per season just like Hosni Abd-Rabou. Gamal, who helped Egypt clinch the Nations Cup trophy last February, has been heavily linked with Cairo giants Ahli and Zamalek. He put an end to speculation by signing a new deal as his current contract was set to expire in June 2009.
