Sevilla have stormed into this season's UEFA Champions League group stages after thrashing AEK Athens 4-1 in the third qualifying round in Greece on Monday. The Spanish side, largely affected by the loss of former defender Antonio Puerta who passed away last week, go through with a massive 6-1 aggregate victory. Brazilian striker Luis Fabiano scored twice for Juande Ramos' side as Seydou Keita and Alexander Kerzhakov completed the rout, before Brazilian legend Rivaldo hit a late consolation for the Greek side. The game was overshadowed by the tragic incident which ended the lives of 64, following Greek forest fires last week, in addition to the Puerta disaster for Sevilla. Sevilla are the latest team to enter the top European club competition, where they will challenge Arsenal, Slavia Prague and Steaua Bucharest in Group H.
