Feyenoord, where Egyptian goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy plays, drew 1-1 with Liverpool in the Port of Rotterdam friendly tournament on Sunday. Ekramy played for full 90 minutes in the Dutch club's second game of the tournament, which is a part of their pre-season program. The Rotterdammers took the lead just before half-time through Holland's U-20 sensation Royston Drenthe, but Reds skipper Steven Gerrard leveled the scoring after 72 minutes. Ekramy, who deputized for Dutch international keeper Henk Timmer, did well to deny Xabi Alonso and Ryan Babbel in the second half. Feyenoord wasted a golden opportunity to settle the game five minutes after Gerrard's equalizer as Luigi Bruins blasted a penalty kick into Jose Reina's hands. Portuguese champions FC Porto won the tournament after beating China's Shanghai Shenhua 3-0 to claim first spot on four points, as Liverpool come second on goal difference. Feyenoord have two points after they registered a goalless draw in the tournament's opener against Porto.
