Ittihad have signed Sameh Youssef on a free transfer from Arab Contractors, the Alexandria-based club announced on Sunday. The 29-year-old forward has penned a two-year contract and is set to earn EGP 400,000 in the first season and EGP 450,000 in the second, Ittihad vice-president Mohamed Moselhi told FilGoal.com. Youssef started his career with Contractors and joined Cairo giants Zamalek in the 2002/2003 season before returning to his former club three seasons later. Ittihad have already secured the signings of Contractors defender Mohamed Ali, Asyut Petroleum's Mohamed Al-Ghanam and Tersana trio Hossam Hassan, Mahmoud Shaker and Hussein Shokri.
