Al-Sayed brace hands Zamalek first league win
Published in FilGoal on 10 - 08 - 2006

Zamalek left-back Tarek Al-Sayed scored twice as his team won their first League game of the season after beating Enppi 3-0 on Thursday.
Al-Sayed goals came in the 69th and 73rd minute, before Amr Zaki scored on his debut to lift Zamalek to fifth spot in the table with Enppi in eighth on goal difference.
The game started with a high tempo from both sides, and after an earlier Enppi threat, Abdul-Halim Ali had the chance to open the score for Zamalek after he was released through on goal by Waleed Abdul-Latif but a great tackle from Manu blocked his shot.
In the 21st minute Tarek Al-Sayed played a through chip to Abdul-Halim Ali who shot under pressure from the defense only for Mostafa Kamal to deny the international striker with a great save.
Enppi had their best chance of the half when Amr Fahim stormed his way through the Zamalek defense to find himself one on one with Abdul-Monsef, but his tight angle shot was turned to a corner.
Just one minute later and after the resulting corner was cleared, Mohamed Thabet 'Sarookh' collected the ball and fired a 30 yards long shot to produce a brilliant save from Abdul-Monsef.

Zaki scored in his Zamalek debut
In the second half Enppi pushed on trying to break the deadlock but the lack of final touch denied them from finishing Reda Shehata's various build ups.
Zamalek found the net in the 69th after Al-Sayed's free kick from the edge of the box was misjudged by Kamal to find its way to the back of the net.
Al-Sayed doubled the score line four minutes later with a right wing curled shot that went past the advancing Kamal.
Enppi had a golden chance to bounce in the 78th minute when Abdul-Atti was through on goal but the striker opted to shoot in Abdul-Monsef's hands and from the resulting clearance, substitute Hossam Mabrouk saw his close range header cleared by Abdul-Monsef.
Zamalek new signing Amr Zaki had his dream start when he wrapped up the team's win with a third goal right after coming on Abdul-Latif, capitalizing on Enppi's defense miscued ball with a powerful shot in the 85th minute.
