Calciopoli prosecutor Stefano Palazzi has demanded that Juventus be relegated to any league lower than the Serie B on Tuesday. Palazzi also asked the sporting tribunal to demote AC Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina to the second-division league. The prosecutor said he wants Juventus to be stripped of their last two Serie A titles and to start next season trailing with six points, according to Calcio Italia magazine. He demanded that Fiorentina and Lazio begin their next season with a 15-point penalty in the second division, and asked for a three-point penalty for Milan. Italian Football Federation (FIGC) member Cosimo Maria Ferri was cleared from any accusations on Monday, leaving only 25 people on the accusations list. But Palazzi has asked for the maximum punishment for them, with former Juventus general director Luciano Moggi already facing a five-year ban from the game and a 5,000-Euro ban. Lazio president Claudio Lotito, Milan board member Leonardo Meani and former Juventus chief executive Antonio Giraudo could all face similar charges. Charges have been brought forward for sporting fraud and unfair conduct following the publication of intercepted telephone conversations. In the conversations, Moggi discussed refereeing appointments with senior IFF officials during the 2004-05 season. Moggi resigned after Juventus claimed their 29th championship in May 2006. Other officials on trial include Milan vice president and former president of the Italian Football League Adriano Galliani, Fiorentina owner Diego Della Valle and former FIGC president Franco Carraro.
