Premiership moneybags Chelsea have targeted Bayern Munich left-back Philipp Lahm, German newspaper Bild reported on Thursday. Chelsea are prepared to $10.25 million for the services of the German international, the newspaper said. But Bayern Munich have already said they are not prepared to let go of the 22-year-old player. "We don't want to sell Philipp Lahm. We still need him," Bayern director Karl Hopner was quoted as saying by BBC Sport. The Bavarian giants have already lost midfield marshal Michael Ballack to Chelsea on a free transfer last month. Lahm himself said he is not interested in discussing any offers, noting that his focus is completely on Germany's World Cup campaign. "This is the World Cup and that's the only thing I'm interested in," he said. "I'm not thinking about what will happen afterwards." Lahm scored the first goal of the 2006 World Cup finals as Germany disposed of Costa Rica 4-2 in the opening game. The pacy defender was also named Man of the Match in Germany's 1-0 win over Poland.
