Le directeur technique d'Ismaïli, Theo Bucker, a demandé au public de ne pas se laisser emporter par la joie et penser que le club a retrouver sa forme encore et ceci après la victoire contre Masri 2-1 en championnat. ‘C'est la première fois que je suis heureux depuis avoir pris la charge de l'équipe. Ma joie n'est pas pour la victoire mais pour la détermination des joueurs.' A déclaré le technicien allemand. Après avoir été mené 0-1, ils ont pu remonter le score à 2-1 en fin du match pour décrocher trois points très précieux. ‘Les jeunes joueurs ont fait leurs preuves dans cette rencontre notamment Ahmed Khairi en libéro et les milieux Abdallah Al-Saïd et Ahmed Khalifa.'
