Juventus coach Fabio Capello has insisted that he will stay at the Stadio Delle Alpi amid rumors linking him with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid. The Italian veteran coach sarcastically denied having any interest in taking on the job at Santiago Bernabeu. "Some of the Real rumors are rubbish, some of them are lies and the rest are just not true," Capello was quoted as saying by Football Italia magazine on Wednesday. The Spanish press has been linking Capello with a move to Real Madrid over the past weeks after Los Meringues sacked their Brazilian coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo following a string of bad results. Real opted to hire Juan Lopez Caro as a caretaker coach but he is not expected to continue beyond the end of this season as Real are searching for a replacement. Meanwhile, the former Roma coach confirmed that Parma's midfielder Marco Marchionni will head to Turin in the summer while expressing his admiration for the rising talent in Italian football. "I like Marchionni and obviously we wouldn't have bought a player that I don't rate," he said. "The decisions to buy players are taken together with the directors, but I make the technical judgments," he added.
