Les Lions de la Téranga rugissent face au Zimbabwe

Le Sénégal a bien entamé son parcours en Coupe d'Afrique des Nations en battant le Zimbabwe, le lundi soir, 2-0 dans le cadre de la première journée du groupe B.
Henri Camara (60) et Issa Ba (80) se sont inscrits sur la feuille du match pour concrétiser la grande domination des Lions de la Téranga.
En effet ces derniers avaient montré une bien meilleure performance que leur adversaire sans pour autant faire trop d'éclat. De l'autre camp le Zimbabwe n'était pas une proie facile et aurait pu marquer à plusieurs reprises pour changer complètement le score et le cours du match.
Après une première période vierge, les sénégalais ont intensifié leurs attaques jusqu'à ce qu'Henri Camara ne mène un rapide contre, dribble le gardien et marque dans les cages vides.
La vedette zimbabwéenne Benjani Mwaruwari a faillit marquer l'égalité lorsqu'il s'est trouvé en face à face avec Tony Sylva mais il a mis la balle or des cages.
Et finalement Ba a assuré la victoire après avoir reçu une excellente passe de Camara.
Ainsi donc le Sénégal est en tête de ce groupe avec trois points suivit du Nigeria qui a battu le Ghana 1-0.
