Chéhata convoque Al-Sayed et Youssef

Le staff technique de la sélection égyptienne a décidé de convoquer le duo Ahmed Al-Sayed (Ahli) et Hamada Youssef (Ittihad d'Alex) au groupe qui se prépare pour la phase finale de la Coupe d'Afrique des Nations (CAN) prévue du 20 janvier au 10 février prochain.
Ces deux défenseurs ont été convoqué pour compenser le départ de Béchir Al-Tabeï (Rizespor / Tur) qui a été expulsé par le staff technique du regroupement pour manque de discipline.
En effet le groupe ne comprenait que trois défenseurs seulement à savoir Abdel Zaher Al-Sakka, Waël Gomaa et Ibrahim Saïd.
Le staff technique attend un dernier rapport médical sur la condition du libéro d'Ahli Emad Al-Nahas pour savoir s'il pourra être prêt pour disputer la CAN.
L'équipe entrera en stage à Alexandrie à partir du dimanche et ceci jusqu'au jeudi prochain, date de leur match amical contre le Zimbabwe.
