Ahmed Elmohamady lavished praise on teammate Geddo after the Egypt forward marked his home debut with a goal to help Hull City to a 2-1 Championship league victory over Derby County. On-loan Ahli striker Geddo came on as a half-time sub to give hosts Hull the lead just two minutes after his introduction in only his second appearance with the Tigers. Elmohamady, who grabbed a late winner for his team, highlighted Geddo's goal-scoring prowess, saying that more is to come from the in-form forward. “The Hull City fans aren't used to seeing Geddo yet, but to me what he did was just normal for him," Elmo told Hull City's official website. “I've played with him at international level and when he comes on he always scores goals. I told him when he was coming on that he would score and it happened. “He scores many important goals and I would say well done to him for scoring in his first game at the KC Stadium. It's great for him. “He is very quick, very strong and he can head a ball well. He just needs a bit of training with the rest of the lads to get up to speed." Geddo, who finished as the Africa Cup of Nations top-scorer in 2010, scored all five goals as a substitute to steer the Pharaohs to the continental title on his first international experience.
