Cairo - Egypt's Prosecutor-General Abdel Meguid Mahmoud Tuesday ordered that former president Hosni Mubarak, his two sons, and a fugitive businessman be referred to a criminal court on charges of ordering a deadly crackdown on protesters, graft and influence peddling. Mubarak has been staying in a hospital in the Red Sea town of Sharm el-Sheikh since last April. He is already under preventive detention on charges of graft. His two sons, Alaa and Gamal, are already in jail. No date has been set for the trial.
