Death toll of Israel's genocidal aggression on Gaza increases to 37,658 civilians
Published in Daily News Egypt on 25 - 06 - 2024

The Ministry of Health in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation forces committed on Tuesday three massacres, leaving 32 dead and 139 injured, which raises the toll of the Israeli aggression on the Strip to 37,658 dead and 8,237 injured since 7 October.
The Palestinian Prisoners' Club announced on Tuesday that the Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 25 citizens from the West Bank from Monday evening until Tuesday morning. The Prisoners' Club confirmed that the number of arrests in the West Bank has risen to more than 9,385 cases since 7 October.
The occupation forces escalated the pace of their raids and arrests in cities and towns in the West Bank during the past months in conjunction with their war on the Gaza Strip.
In another context, an investigation conducted by Agence France-Presse with several international media outlets, the results of which were published on Tuesday, suggested that Israeli tank fire struck the agency's office in Gaza, which was severely damaged, on November 2, 2023.

The Israeli army denied in November that it had targeted the building where the French Press Agency's office is located in Gaza City and reaffirmed this position in June, indicating that an internal investigation was being conducted into the incident.
A US State Department spokesperson said in a statement about the meeting between Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Israeli Security Minister Yoav Gallant, on Monday evening, that Blinken stressed the need to take more measures to protect humanitarian workers in the Gaza Strip.
On the ground, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that its fighters detonated "a number of ground devices in Zionist military vehicles on the traffic and supply line in the Tal Zorob area, southwest of the city of Rafah, and we bombed them in conjunction with the enemy's positions with a barrage of heavy and regular mortar shells."
The Al-Quds Brigades added that they, along with the Al-Qassam Brigades, bombed with mortar shells Israeli occupation soldiers and vehicles penetrating the Yabna camp, south of the city of Rafah. The brigades also announced that they bombed with heavy-caliber mortar shells the enemy command headquarters in the Abu Oreiban site in the Netzarim axis.
