The concert was exclusive to invitees and contracted clients of the company. The concert continued the company's tradition of offering exclusive and unique experiences to its clients. Star Tamer Hosny performed a selection of his best and latest songs, receiving great interaction from the audience, who praised the concert, songs, and outstanding performances. A few days prior, Delta Capital for Urban Development was honored by the "Egypt's Summit for the Best" and awarded the title of "Top Real Estate Developer in Delta Region."
