Published in Daily News Egypt on 09 - 04 - 2008

CAIRO: Zamalek striker Amr Zaki has undergone an MRI scan on Tuesday that revealed that there is no knee injury.
Zaki is 100 percent fit and has resumed full trainings, Zamalek s doctor Abdullah George told FilGoal.com.
The international striker was included in Zamalek s squad for Africa Sports game in the second-leg of the CAF Champions League round of 32 but he missed the trip claiming injury.
I didn t give him the permission to stay in Cairo, George told FilGoal.com.
However, the international striker didn t appear at the airport and later announced that he missed the trip because of injury.
I asked him to join the team and there he will pass a fitness test, added the doctor.
A source, who preferred to remain anonymous, said that manager Ruud Krol will drop Zaki from today's game against Masri.
Ahmed Magdi and Mohamed Ibrahim are also doubtful for this game as both suffered from muscle strains after Africa Sports game.
Left back Ossama Hassan will also miss the tie purging an automatic ban.
On the other hand, Gamal Hamza has totally recovered from injury and is ready to resume full action.Meanwhile assistant coach Mohamed Helmi has expressed his concerns over the team s busy schedule.
We play too many games and it may produce fatigue for the players before the Cup final, Helmi told FilGoal.com.
Zamalek played last Sunday in Abidjan and they ll host Masri on Thursday before traveling to Suez to play against Suez Cement next Sunday.
