CAIRO: Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Kandil headed to the presidential palace on Tuesday with his nine new ministers in order for them to take their oath of office before President Mohamed Mursi before his departure to Brazil later today. Government spokesman Alaa al-Hadidi said that the presidency and the cabinet have both agreed to limit the changes to nine ministers only, leaving out the interior and information ministries.
