Egypt's Maadi for Development to contract for Maadi View – Phase I next month
Published in Amwal Al Ghad on 15 - 10 - 2017

Egypt's Maadi Company for Development and Reconstruction says it plans to sign contracts with five construction firms to start executing the first phase of Maadi View project within November 2017.
A source in Maadi Co. said Thursday that Maadi View is located in Shorouk City over 136 feddans.
"The flagship will be implemented in four construction phases, at a cost exceeding three billion Egyptian pounds ($169.8 million)," the source noted.
In addition, Maadi View is to include a number of housing units, small villas, and townhouses, on spaces ranging between 100 square metres and 200 square metres, he added.
