Egypt's PACT cooperates with CISCO to execute White Bay's technological infrastruct

Egypt-based real estate company, PACT Real Estate Group signed an agreement with worldwide information technology IT leader CISCO to establish the technological infrastructure of White Bay project in Sidi Heneish-North Coast, Mohamed Gamal, CEO of PACT Real Estate Group said Tuesday.
The implementation of the technological infrastructure will also be in cooperation with other real estate companies like Crystal Lagoons, SITES and MULTIPLES.
He said that his company is planning to design this project in accordance with the latest global standards .The project will provide smart homes solutions designed, executed and supervised by Wessam Architects for architecture and planning.
Gamal added that his company selected CISCO Egypt to execute White Bay project for the great experience it has in this area. This project will be the first in North Coast to be built using smart homes solutions technology.
Gamal told Amwal Al Ghad that the project is spread over 70 feddans in the north coast with total number of 600 units to be built through four phases within seven years.
The company has adopted an active promotional plan; its first phase includes promoting 120 units by the end of the second quarter of 2016. In addition the plan second phase include boosting 200 units.
Established in 2014, PACT is seeking to report contractual sales of 500 million Egyptian pounds by the end of 2016.
