Egypt is seeking strategic partnership with New Development Bank (NDB) to attract new investments for the establishment of sustainable development goals, the Cabinet said in a statement on Sunday. Egypt's Finance Minister, Dr Mohamed Maeet, told an NDP delegation led by vice-president and chief operating officer, Vladimir Kazbekov, that Egypt and the bank had a potential of co-operating on projects like clean energy, transport, social protection, environment, information infrastructure, water, and sanitation. The co-operation is also seeks to issue blue, green, social, and sustainable bonds to help Egypt achieve its Vision 2030. Dr Maeet added that the country was open to co-operate with different international organisations to help reach its sustainable development goals.
