At least 25 people were killed on Saturday after clashes erupted between members of the Muslim Brotherhood and the police in Nasr city, east of Cairo.
The Ministry of Health said that 20 people were killed in the clashes but Al-Masry Al-Youm quotes a police source as saying that the death toll is more than 25 people.
However, these are very low estimate compared with what the Turkish Anadolu Agency has reported. The agency, which is close to the Muslim Brotherhood, quoted doctors at the field hospital at Rabaa al-Adaweya who said that 120 people were killed and 4,500 were injured.
