Addis Ababa - Egypt's President 'Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi' signed during the 28th Ordinary Session of the African Union in Addis Ababa the African agreement on combating corruption. The move reflects Egypt's keenness on attaining tangible progress in combating progress and abiding by regional and intentional criteria in this respect. President Sisi attended today the opening session of the summit, which saw the election of a new commission chairperson to replace outgoing leader Chad's President Idriss Deby. The African leaders on Monday chose Guinean President Alpha Conde as head of the African Union in its new session. The Egyptian president also attended the celebration to honor Egyptian scientist at the National Research Center Ali Hebeish, who received Kwame Nkrumah Scientific Award.
