Sources from committee investigating EgyptAir's flight MS804 crash said Tuesday that the plane's cockpit voice recorder showed that the pilot tried to put out a fire before crashing in the Mediterranean Sea. Data from one of flight MS804 black boxes showed smoke in the plane's lavatory and avionics system. On May 19, EgyptAir's flight MS804 that carry 66 people on board from Paris to Cairo crashed in the Mediterranean after it disappeared from radar and lost its communication with the air traffic control.
