Cairo Court of Cassation considered Sunday, the appeal submitted by a number of Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders including the group's supreme guide, Mohamed Badie on their 25 years in prison sentences in the case known publicly as Al-Bahr Al-Azam incidents case, Youm7 News reported. MB lawyer, Abdel Moneim Abdel Makssod asked court to review the guidance note that includes the cassation prosecution's opinion about the case, demanding the court to adjourn the case. The defendants face charges of inciting violence in Giza governorate's Al-Bahr Al-Azam street after the dispersal of Raba'a and Nahda sit-ins in 2013.
