Egyptian judicial sources said on Sunday Egypt's ousted president Hosni Mubarak's sons, Gamal and Alaa will remain in jail until the court considers their challenge against imprisonment in the presidential palaces case, Yum 7 reported. The court of Appeals will consider the challenge December 12 to issue a final ruling, judicial sources added. The Cairo criminal court formerly sentenced May 21 the ousted president Mubarak to three years in prison and his sons to four years besides a fine of 125 million and 779 thousand EGP over embezzlement crimes. The 30-year Mubarak regime was ousted in February, 2011 following mass street protests.
