Egyptian Minister of Supply and Domestic Trade, Khaled Hanafi met Thursday with director of Infrastructure Department in the European Bank , Thomas Mayer to discuss ways of joint cooperation, Al Bawaba News reported. Hanafi stated that discussions were concerned about enhancing internal trade, launching modern and sophisticated trading stations and creating advanced areas of logistics in Egypt. Hanafi affirmed that European Bank (EB) is concerned about development of grain silos of Alexandria and Dekheila ports in addition to the implementation of the logistical sophisticated system, modern chains supply and draft global logistics center for grain in Damietta. Ministry of Supply will benefit from the EB expertise for reconstruction and development in various fields from the initial infrastructure till the completion of projects, Hanafi added.
