Egypt's Elmohamady excited by English Premier League return Egypt and Hull City winger is energised for his return to the English Premier League with Hull City
Egypt and Hull City right winger Ahmed Elmohamady has revealed his pleasure at playing in the Premier League alongside top teams in the world. The 25-year-old was loaned out last season by Sunderland to Championship side Hull City, where he helped the Tigers qualify for the Premier League. He made 41 appearances and scored three goals. "It felt great to be back playing in the Premier League last weekend," Elmohamady told Skysports on Friday. "We're playing in the biggest league in the world and against the top teams in England and the top teams in the world," he added. Hull City lost their first game in the English Premier League to Chelsea and they will face Norwich in the second matchday on Saturday. "We're now all looking forward to playing Norwich in our first home game. Our fans were great last season and we always felt like everything was fantastic whenever we played at home. "Hopefully we can get three points on Saturday and make the fans happy," the Egypt winger concluded.
