He became the first Senegalese player to join Chelsea after penning a three-and-a-half year deal with the European champions. "My left knee? There was absolutely no problem on that level with Chelsea," the striker told L'Equipe on Tuesday. "I don't like to talk about that, but just have a look at the number of matches I have played since I have been in England (65 in the Premier League). The answer should be enough to satisfy everyone," he added. Ba made a superb debut with his new team as he scored twice in Chelsea's 5-1 FA Cup win over Southampton on Saturday.
