Mobinil CEO, Hassan Kabbani, said discussions were ongoing regarding prices for leasing network infrastructure and international gateway service, and that no “initial agreement” has been reached. Mobinil's CEO expects to finalise its wholesale agreement with Telecom Egypt before the end of the year.
