One person was killed and another injured in clashes with security forces in Giza, a security source told Ahram Online. Police General Magdy Abdel El-Al described the slain individual as a "pro-Mohamed Morsi protester" and said that he was killed by firearms during clashes between security forces and demonstrators in the district of Agouza. The police officer added that another protester was injured while another five were arrested as the demonstration was being dispersed. The interior ministry said in a statement on Thursday that 63 demonstrators – described as being members of the "terrorist Muslim Brotherhood" – had been arrested in seven governorates – Cairo, Giza, Qalioubiya, Gharbiya, Sharqiya, Alexandria and Beni Suef. Supporters of the ousted Islamist president organised a limited number of protests and rallies across the country on Thursday to commemorate the first anniversary of the violent dispersal of the Rabaa and Nahda sit-ins, when hundreds were killed by security forces. http://english.ahram.org.eg/News/108447.aspx
