10:19 a.m.
ALEXANDRIA: Run-off elections began with low voter turnout in Alexandria this morning. Supporters of the Salafi al-Nour Party were campaigning outside the Nabil el-Waqad Primary School polling station, but military police asked them to stop and leave the place.
10:17 a.m.
CAIRO: Altercations aroused between voters and security forces at a polling station in the Scientific Institute of Old Cairo. The voters did not accept the “inhuman” way that security forces used against them, and soldiers said that voters were trying to “cripple” the voting.
10:00 a.m.
The electoral district in Nasr city witnessed low voter turnout for today's run-off elections for the individual seats.
09:57 a.m.
Some voters complained about unstamped voting cards while casting their votes in sub-committees No. 392 and 393 of the polling station in the Secondary Cairo School in Manial. The voters immediately informed the monitoring judge.
09:56 a.m.
The run-off voting started in Mataria but the turnout was very little. The constituency has four candidates from the Muslim Brotherhood's Freedom and Justice Party and the al-Nour Salafi Party. Disputes arose among the candidates' representatives in several polling stations in Mataria. The military police removed the campaigns of both parties after the disputes.

Some thugs stole the voting cards in the run-off parliamentary elections from the car of the monitoring judge and head of two counting committees in the district of Dar el-Salam in Cairo.
The thugs broke the window of the car to steal the voting cards. Immediately, the head of the Supreme Electoral Committee (SEC) Abdel Moez Ibrahim ordered to send alternative voting cards to this polling station in Abu Bakr School and the voter's ballot again.

The electoral districts in Heliopolis witnessed a low voter turnout for today's run-off elections.
9:30 a.m.
CAIRO: The district of Qasr al-Nil witnessed tardiness from the Freedom and Justice Party and Egyptian Bloc delegates to monitor the elections, which pushed the judges to use volunteers to carry out the task to launch the voting process.
9:24 a.m.
CAIRO: The electoral districts in the district of Darb al-Ahmar witnessed the same violations of the first stage of the electoral process. Promotional posters of candidates were distributed inside the committees and the voters complained because some voting cards weren't stamped.

CAIRO: Poll stations in Cairo's eighth district, including Old Cairo and Dar al-Salam, witnessed turnout from voters who are keen to participate in the run-off round, while the delay of judges and candidates' representatives led to delaying opening the poll stations.

CAIRO: Polling stations in Cairo's first constituency witnessed a notable decline in the number of voters. Members of the Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated Freedom and Justice Party blamed false news promoted by many channels for such a decline, saying this negatively affected the voters.

CAIRO: Run-off elections for Egypt's first round of parliamentary elections began this morning at 8am. In Ain-Shams constituency, there will be a run-off between the Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafis. Some polling stations did not open their doors until 8:30, and the number of voters is significantly lower than last week's elections.

CAIRO: In the district of Manial, the judges and employers were early to the polling station despite the low influx of voters, with intense police and army force present.
8:56 a.m.
CAIRO: The number of voters strongly dropped in poll stations of the district of Qasr al-Nil in the runoff rounds. The district witnesses a competition between candidates of the Freedom and Justice Party and the Egyptian Bloc for the professional seat.
8:46 a.m.
CAIRO: Polling stations in the first district of North Cairo witnessed a notable decline in the number of voters who participated in the runoff round. Supporters of Freedom and Justice Party and the Egyptian Bloc did not attend in front of the polling stations to guide voters as they did during the first round of elections.
