Concerning the results for the categories seat, there will be a runoff between Samir Khashaba, FJP candidate with 106,475 votes and Mahmoud Abu Lifa Egyptian Bloc candidate with 47,445 votes. Concerning the workers seat, there will be a runoff between Mohamed Hamdy Al-Desouky, an independent candidate with 109,146 votes and Bayoumy Ismail, Islamic Group candidate with 59,874 votes. Concerning the lists, the FJP took the lead among the parties' lists with 124,881 votes. Al-Noor Party is second with 65,591 votes followed by the Egyptian Bloc with 63,530 votes. The 3rd district witnessed progress of FJP with 127,591 votes followed by Al-Noor with 101,956 votes, the Egyptian Bloc with 70,227, Al-Wafd with 14,015 votes, the Reformation and Development Party with 22,174, Al-Wasat with 6,193, the Nasserist Party with 9,432, Al-Ghad with 5,871 and the Conservatives with 15,212. Concerning the individual seats, there will be a runoff between Abdel Aziz Khalaf, a Muslim Brotherhood candidate, with 72,386 and the workers candidates who got the most votes; Abdellah Sadek Nasr, a FJP candidate with 52,354 votes, Gamal Abdel Nasser Abdel Hamid with 28,660 votes and Ahmed Hussien, Al-Nour candidate with 27,896.
