Ahli trio Afrotto, Ahmed Belal and Hani Al-Egeizi have been excluded from the Red Devils' squad for their league match against Petrojet on Monday.
Head coach Hossam Al-Badri announced a 19-man list on Sunday and all three players, who were named in the provisional squad, were omitted.
Defender Sherif Abdul-Fadil, striker Mohamed Talaat and goalie Sherif Ekrami were ruled out of the game through injury.
Sayed Moawad and Ahmed Ali are automatically suspended.
Ahli are now on top of the Egyptian Premier League table with 49 points, six ahead of their arch-rivals Zamalek who lie in second place.
Ahli's squad:
Goalkeepers: Ahmed Adel, Ramzi Saleh.
Defenders: Ahmed Fathi, Ahmed Al-Sayed, Wael Gomaa, Mohamed Samir, Ayman Ashraf.
Midfielders: Hossam Ashour, Mostafa Shebeita, Abdullah Farouk, Shehab Ahmed, Ahmed Shokri, Mohamed Barakat, Ahmed Hassan, Mohamed Abou-Treika.
Strikers: Emad Meteb, Osama Hosni, Mohamed Fadl, Francis Doe.
