Barcelona chairman Joan Laporta advises Real Madrid target Kaka to stay with AC Milan because 'they are a great club'. Kaka has been linked with Real since a while, and the prospected election of Florentino Perez as president in the summer provoked more speculation. But Barca chairman Laporta is hopeful the Brazilian wizard would shun the interest from Santiago Bernabeu and commit to Milan. "I would be happier if Kaka stayed at Milan," Laporta was quoted as saying by La Gazzetta dello Sport. "He is a world-class player who would do well anywhere, but I would advise him not to leave Milan because they are a great club." Premiership Appeal In the same context, Kaka himself declared that a move to the English Premiership would suit him more, in case he parted ways with the Rossoneri. "I like the Premier League a lot. That could be where I go if I were to decide to leave Milan," he said in the Daily Star. "Whenever possible I try to discuss experiences in different Leagues with my fellow players. "And every player who has played in England has told me the same thing - it is a very hard and extremely competitive." Kaka snubbed a €100million offer from Manchester City in the winter break, citing his love to Milan as the main reason behind his rejection to the mega bid.
