CAIRO - The Higher Election Commission, an independent body of judges, is due to announce the final results of Sunday's legislative elections amid expectations that the ruling National Democratic Party will score a landslide win. The liberal Wafd Party has won four seats while the leftist Tagammu Party clinched one seat, according to initial results. The banned Muslim Brotherhood, which garnered a fifth of the Outgoing Parliament's seats, has emerged empty-handed from Sunday's elections. Opposition and local observers claimed vote fraud while the Government insists the polls were fair and free.
