CAIRO-President Hosni Mubarak Monday discussed Middle East peacemaking with Greek Premier George Papandreau, reported the official Middle East News Agency. The discussion made over the phone came before the Greek Premier's scheduled visit to Israel and the West Bank city of Ramallah. On Sunday Mubarak held separate talks in Cairo on means to push forward the Middle East peace process between the Palestinians and Israel, with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and US Middle East peace envoy George Mitchell. MENA said Mubarak had briefed Papandreau on the outcome of his talks with the three officials.
