CAIRO, March 28- Minister of Trade and Industry, Tarek Kabil, stressed on Wednesday Egypt's keenness on achieving further integration among African countries , especially in the light of the recent launch of the African Continent's free trade zone. The ministry last year finalised an integrated strategy to develop Egypt's exports to African countries in the next three years, he added. Minister Kabil, meanwhile, pointed out that Egypt-Somalia ties have witnessed remarkable progress in diverse domains, especially in the commercial and economic ones. The exchange of trade visits, he continued, between the two countries has played a key role in increasing Egypt's exports to Somalia in 2017 reaching around $ 90 million compared to $53 million a year earlier. In a related context, Minister Kabil referred to efforts exerted by Egypt's official mission to Somalia to enhance Egyptian-Somali trade by eliminating the obstacles that hamper the trade exchange between the two countries.
