US Rare Earth Minerals, Inc. announced that the company has entered into a five year Distribution Agreement with Joseph & Gionis, LLC of Newport Beach, California and Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to distribute its line of EXCELERITE(R) products in the Middle East.
