Egypt's stock market closes lower on 7/12/2023

Egypt's stock market closed lower on Thursday, with the main index. EGX30, dropping by 0.07 percent to 24,686.16 , losing 17.39 points.
The small to mid-sized enterprises' index, EGX70 declined by 1.18 percent to 5,286.49, losing 63.04 points.
EGX100 also fell by 0.93 percent to 7,681.96, losing 72.01 points.
Moreover, Egypt's market cap recorded about 1.663 trillion Egyptian pounds by the end day's trade.
The transactions of foreigners and Arab investors tended towards buying with a total of 389 million and 492 million pounds, respectively. While the Egyptians' transactions went towards buying with a total of 881 million pounds.
The total exchange value reached around 3.8 million pounds, with a total amount of 1.2 million securities executed 139 thousand transactions.
The highest-priced stocks on Thursday:
Atlas for Investment and Food Industries (AIFI.CA) went up by 19.79 percent, with trading value of 0.4 pounds.
International Co for Agricultural Corps (IFAP.CA) surged by 8.6 percent, to 19.10 pounds.
EGYtrans (ETRS.CA) jumped by 7.9 percent, to reach trading value of 3.4 pounds.
Amer Group Holding Co (AMER.CA) went up by 7.26 percent, to 0.6 pounds trading value.
Finally, Odin Investments (ODIN.CA) soared by 5.16, to 3.2 pounds.
The lowest-prices stocks on Thursday:
Misr Beni Suef cement Company (MBSC.CA) dropped by 10.81 percent, trading at 44 pounds.
Delta Sugar Co. (SUGR.CA) went down by 6.23 percent, to 68 pounds.
Mena Real Estate Investment (MENA.CA) fell by 6.18 percent, priced at 1.15 pounds.
Rakta Paper Manufacturing (RAKT.CA) declined by 5.82, hitting 14.5 pounds.
Finally, Raya Contact Center (RACC.CA) was behind by 5.6 percent, to 4.7 pounds trading value.
