The Supreme Council of the Armed Forces announced that it has set up camps to shelter Egyptians leaving Libya as well as Libyans seeking refuge in Egyptian territories. In a statement issued on Monday, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces said it had set up two field hospitals on Egypt's borders with Libya. It said that the council is closely monitoring developments in Libya and will not hesitate to take necessary measures to return Egyptians home from Libya. The council has provided free transportation for those wishing to return, the statement added. The council is monitoring the status of Libyan airports for use in transporting Egyptians back to Egypt if conditions in Libya become sufficiently stable. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses have said they saw Egyptians killed in Tobruk. Gaddafi's son Saif al-Islam on Sunday accused Arab states of inciting revolution in Libya. Libya's official news agency reported that Egyptian and Tunisian elements have fueled protests currently sweeping Libya.
