MP and member of Free Egyptian Party's (FEP) supreme committee, Montasser Malik, submitted Saturday a request to suggestions and complaints parliamentary committee, to amend parliamentary elections law. Malik stressed that there is suspicion of the unconstitutionality of some articles of the parliamentary elections law, particularly articles 22 and 23, Al Bawaba News reported. He pointed out that the latest parliamentary elections were held on the basis of these articles, adding that by implementing those articles, the constitutional principle of equal opportunities was breached. Furthermore, he explained that these articles contain a number of constitutional flaws and must be amended.
