US parliamentary delegation, headed by chairman of House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Europe, Eurasia, and Emerging Threats, Dana Rohrabacher arrived Saturday to Cairo International Airport. The US delegation's visit to Egypt aims to hold talks on ways to support relations and cooperation between the two countries, Al Bawaba News reported. The delegation, which includes 11 members, are expected to meet a number of senior Egyptian officials, to discuss ways of boosting cooperation between both countries and the latest security developments in the region, during the visit. Airport security sources, who spoke to Al Bawaba on condition of anonymity, said that the US delegation waited at the airport's VIP lounge until the arrival procedures were concluded. Several members of the US Embassy in Cairo welcomed the delegation at the airport, the sources added.
