Security forces detained Monday five Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group members in Abu Al Nemros district, Giza governorate, Al Bawaba News reported. The security forces found a number of rifles and three improvised explosive devices (IEDs), in their possession, according to investigations. The investigations also revealed that the suspects rented an apartment in Abu Al Nemros to manufacture IEDs, to target policemen and army personnel. Since the ouster of Muslim Brotherhood group in July 2013 amid mass street protests, a series of terror attacks have targeted police and military personnel and facilities nationwide.
