King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, accompanied by his royal family, visited Friday evening Naama Bay's touristic sites in the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh, Youm7 News reported. The king was welcomed upon his arrival, by governor of South Sinai, Khaled Fouda who briefed him of all the development work that has been done at the Bay's walkway during the past years. Also, the king visited the street, which holds his name. He praised the level of hygiene, security and development that have occurred in the area, stressing on the safety of the area. He expressed his happiness of the cafes in the area, which are in line with modern cafes across the civilized world and advanced countries. Several Arab tourists raced to take photos with him, after that he sat down with his family at a cafe there, in order to enjoy the natural beauty of Naama Bay. Meanwhile, Fouda revealed in a statement to reporters that the king's visit comes within the framework of supporting tourism in the city, adding that the visit aims to send a message to the world that Sharm El Sheikh is safe and secure.
